Take the plunge
Taking a dip in the pool may seem like an obvious one, but water also provides an excellent natural gradient. Gradient compression stockings were designed after the natural water gradient. Conrad Jobst found relief for his severe varicose veins in a swimming pool and it is where he got the idea to use textiles to mimic the natural water gradient.
Water is also the ideal place to exercise in the hot weather. The buoyancy water provides is easy on your joints and keeps you cool. Try water walking or going for a swim to stay cool and keep fit!
